Poland – 2022 Joseph, November 26, 2022November 26, 2022 I had strolled along Roncesvalles during Poland’s first game on November 22, and while I found some Polish fans at Chopin, I decided to check out Orbit Restaurant in Mississauga. The place was jammed, and while I got there late, and there was nothing much to cheer about (especially after a disappointing blocked penalty kick), I knew I had to try again. And I was not disappointed, being there for what was Lewandowski’s first World Cup goal in the 82nd minute. This is Poland World Cup fans in Toronto adjacent, Mississauga. I’m not Polish, but I doubt there is a better place to watch with Poland World Cup in the GTA. The opened early for this match and I doubt they would be closed for any match Poland would play on the world stage such as this.
