Sweden – 2018 Joseph, July 3, 2018July 4, 2018 This is one legitimate Sweden fan, and they are harder to find than you think. I had suggestions from the Consulate General of Sweden, Toronto to try either the Gull & Firkin in the Beaches or Scallywags. I started at Gull & Firkin but at game time, there was only one fans assembled, I was sure to find more at Scallywags. There was at least one other fan at the bar downstairs, maybe two, but I didn’t want to loose my seat on the patio so I stayed upstairs. Only sharing three photos from the few I too, but they cover pretty much the full range of emotions for an individual watching a game. Would be interesting to study if it’s more or less stressful to watch a game alone, with supporters of your squad, or with supporters of the opposite team. Regardless, our man here was a true fans, our man here is Sweden World Cup Toronto. Date: July 3, 2018 Score of game: Sweden 1, Switzerland 0 Location: Scallywags, 11 St. Clair West, Toronto, ON Estimated number of fans at location: 3 Related

Of course, I only watched the first half with the Spanish fans gathered at Tapas at Embrujo on The Danforth, but even that was enough of… Read More
