Iraq – 2026 Joseph, June 22, 2026July 7, 2026 This was my busiest day. On June 22, I photographed different fans in the four matches throughout the afternoon, into the evening and all the way to midnight. Austria, Iraq, Norway and Jordan fans, all new countries for me and all over the city. It was a fun day for obvious reasons, but mainly because I found all the fans, and the fans turned out! There was an hour straight of this: My plan was to hang with the Iraqi fans during the second half, but due to the extended half time, and the fact I had to get over to the Norway fans on the Danforth, I only got a couple photos during the actual match: Iraq World Cup Fans in Toronto Game Details: Date: June 22, 2026Score of Game: France 3, Iraq 0Location: Celebration Square, Mississauga, ONEstimated Number of Fans: 1000 (but I have no idea) Related

2026 Congo DR – 2026 June 23, 2026July 3, 2026 I’ve been trying to avoid doubling up venues this year, but Nganda African Street Food on Adelaide is the kind of venue I could have photographed dozens of games and been at the best location in the city. Broadly supporting teams like Ghana, Senegal, Cote d’Ivoire and Congo DR, among… Read More
